- Mark Strom’s Molecular Biology Protocols site. Mark Strom at the Microbial Pathogenesis/Utilization Research Division, Northwest Fisheries Science Center (NMFS/NOAA). Lots of protocols and helpful hints.

- Molecular Biology Techniques Manual. An excerpt from the hardcopy version. Includes descriptions and protocols for SDS-PAGE, PCR, and Western blotting. Lots of highly technical information about these techniques.
